Renovated Farm house, built 1840 with water views. The house has been carefully and high-quality renovation in the last 4 years, with individuality and value in mind. It was important that in spite of the modern and open design to get the connection to a historic building remained. In addition to an open floor joists it has an open gallery. The bathrooms are decorated with natural stone (Brazilian slate) and designed with Philippe Starck sanitary objects. The walls are partly lined with mud bricks and provided with clay or quality mineral plaster, insulation made exclusively with hemp. The bright and sun-drenched house features wooden parquet floors, in the kitchen on a historic brick lining. A steel staircase from pig iron with timber flooring via a mezzanine with reading area and a beautiful view over the wide fields landscape in the second bedroom upstairs with rooftop views and output to the Bodden. The farmhouse half stands on an approximately 1000 square meter natural garden plot with adjacent fields. In autumn and spring, large Wildgänse- and crane flocks can be observed directly from the terrace or from the garden. The farmhouse is the first time in August 2014 in the rental.
