It is located in a beautiful area of Javea, with green areas and pine forests 2 minutes walk. It is 5 minutes by car from 5 beautiful coves with crystal clear waters, some with restaurants and others wild. A 5 min drive from the Arenal beach, with its promenade, restaurants, shops and different water activities such as scuba diving, jet skis, parachuting, boat trips, etc. A10 min is the charming town of Javea with its old buildings, mansions, church and market in its pedestrian streets.
The house consists of 4 rooms with capacity for 8 people. 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. A spacious living room, differentiating dining area with a large table and living area with sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, satellite dish and fireplace. All rooms and living rooms have air conditioning with heat pump. It has a large kitchen with all kinds of large and small appliances.
It is a beautiful house to enjoy at any time of the year.
