The property is located in front of Iglesia Parroquial de San Salvador de Teis and is the oldest house of the village. A full reforbish of the house has been taken since 2018 and has been completed in 2020 with all modern installations and furnitures.
San Salvador de Teis is the oldest house recorded of Teis, time ago a little village near the other little village of Vigo. Nowadays, Vigo has become the largest city of Galicia and its influence on the surrounding villages is big although you can still feel the distance with the city´s hussle and bussle. Teis looks onto the sea as an urban village, close but independent from Vigo, enjoying of the tranquility of it walks, the hidden sandy beaches with incredible seafood prices in their menus and parks all along the seacoast.
