This fun quaint updated ground floor apartment boasts a large open living space with the bedrooms tucked away to each side . Leaving the large 1200 sq ft living room , kitchen , and dinning area’s open to enjoy your family and friends . The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee station , and breakfast bar . The full size laundry room is off the kitchen and is equipped with state of the art washer and dryer . The large master bedroom and en-suite with large closet is off to the other side of the kitchen . The master has two queen beds with new firm Ikea Mattresses that have a cool gel dream serenity mattress topper for your ultimate comfort .The second bedroom also with en-suite is off the the living room area it has adult size single bunk beds also with new firm ikea mattresses on each . Each room has a smart Roku tv as well as high speed internet throughout the Apartment . The apartment has two private entrances one in the front and the other opens up to the private outdoor living oasis . Out door living at its best with multiple gas grills seating for up to 20 & a quiet area with a hammock for afternoon napping. The front porch is large and open with a great view of the lake and all the Florida wildlife .
