Fantastic terraced house, completely refurbished, just 100m from the beach, where you can enjoy paellas at the chiringuito pepe's or stroll on the promenade along the sea.
The complex "Villas de Costalita" is located just 10km from Puerto Banus, and close to shops with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.
Guests can enjoy direct beach access through the urbanization, beautiful tropical gardens, a children's play area and a large pool surrounded by sunbeds.
On the ground floor you will find a large dining room and living room as well as two terraces and a private garden, through which you also have direct access to the communal swimming pool.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining room. .
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master suite is huge, with its dressing room and beautiful en-suite bathroom with a bath, and a private terrace overlooking the gardens.
