You are renting the WHOLE apartment, so that your family can be independent and provided with all the essential services. Furthermore, it includes Air-Conditioning, which makes it cozier, and more comfortable.
There is a capacity of seven people, distributed in:
-One principal bedroom with a double bed.
-Another bedroom with two individual beds.
-Another bedroom with one individual bed.
-In the living room we provide an extra sofa bed suitable for 2 people.
There is a fully furnished kitchen, supplied with all the necessary equipment of a household to cook.
There is a fully equiped bathroom, in which you will find clean towels, hair shampoo, body gel, as well as a hairdryer.
The bedrooms have a service of towels and quilt, a wardrobe where you could hang your clothes. If some of your clothes get wrinkled during your stay, do not worry because you will find an iron as well as an ironing board, for the last retouch before your outting. Or if you would want to wash anything, you will find a washing machine, and detergent for your laundry. What else could we ask for?
The area where you will stay is a very centric and very quiet place of Sevilla, the city of Flamenco, where you can enjoy a beer for only 1,20$, and delicious tapas on an approximate Price of 2,50-3,00$. There you will stamble across many bars amd coffee shops, where you can eat on a budget. Furthermore, you will meet the original Flamenco during your stay , since in areas very closet o the apartment there are numerous Flamenco Stages, in which you can enjoy the traditional singing and dancing because you are in Sevilla and OLE!
In a 200 meters ratio, you will find all the necessary services. Supermarkets, bank units, bicycle rails at the door of the house and the SeBici station 20 metres far.
