A single room is available in a newly built 112m² apartment in Freilassing, just 1.5 hours from Munich, 15 minutes from Salzburg, and 15 minutes from the Alps. The apartment, shared with two others, is fully furnished with high-quality furniture. The room itself features a king-sized bed, a built-in closet, and a desk. Built in 2022, the apartment boasts geothermal underfloor heating, making it exceptionally comfortable.

I am a working professional (designer) who works from home most of the time but also travels frequently. The apartment is conveniently located close to the center of Freilassing, just a 7-minute walk from the train station, which offers connections to Munich (~1.5 hours) and Salzburg (~10 minutes). It's also just 15 minutes from the Alps and 30 minutes from the nearest ski resorts, with several lakes nearby. There are a few large supermarkets within a 3-5 minute walk.
