Welcome to our peaceful, modern single-story 2-bedroom cabin located in Bailey, Colorado, with easy access to wedding venues and exploring the Rocky Mountains.
Amenities include: WIFI, RokuTV, washer, dryer, iron/board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, baby gear, and more. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils, Ninja blender, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster, and complimentary coffee and tea.

The House: Bedroom #1 has a King bed (medium-firm hybrid mattress). Bedroom #2 has a King bed (firm memory foam mattress) and a Crib. A Graco Pack ’N Play travel crib is also available.
WIFI: Generally the internet works well, but due to the mountainous area, it can sometimes be spotty and occasionally the router will need to be reset. A backup internet that is battery-powered is also available.
Disclosed Camera: The video camera allows for viewing the public space of the front deck and driveway. In order to protect guest privacy, the camera records video only (the audio function has been disabled).
Winter Weather: The driveway is short and steep, 4WD/AWD is recommended, especially during snowy months (October-April).
Guest Access & Parking: Guests self-checkin with the front door keypad. The short, steep driveway leads to the parking area for up to 3 cars directly in front of the house. No guest access to the two owner's closets in the bedroom and the owner's cabinet in the kitchen. Also, no guest access to the outdoor sheds.
Trash Pickup: Monday is trash pickup for our neighborhood, so our local team brings the garbage bin from the locked Red Shed behind the house (no guest access) to and from the curb for Monday trash pickup. Nothing you need to do, just an FYI to expect them to bring the bins back and forth on Sunday and Monday afternoons.
The Neighborhood: The cabin is one hour west of Denver and 5 minutes from Highway 285 and CR-43, in the wooded mountain community of Friendship Ranch - Close to hiking trails and many local wedding venues, including Deer Creek Mountain Camp, Deer Creek Valley Ranch, and Glen Isle Resort.
