The purpose built kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of meals and an open plan living/dining room is furnished with sofas, wood burner, dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, sound system and Wi-Fi. This room has large windows and patio doors opening to the terrace and is bright, airy and full of natural light. Outside, the villa is surrounded by gated, extensive gardens with Mediterranean shrubs and a lawn, providing plenty of space for relaxing on the sun beds or for the children to play. A private swimming pool with Roman steps is ideal for lazy days spent at the villa and a stone-built barbecue is provided for grilling meals shared together on the shaded terrace.
