3 Bedroom Villa in Caserio Los Tarquinos, Murcia
El Valle Golf located on a gated resort at the foot of the Carrascoy mountain range in the region of Murcia. It's a relaxed, quiet inland resort (more like a village) built around an 18-hole golf course, designed by Seve Ballesteros. Like many places in Spain, Murcia is emerging from a recession and El Valle and the surrounding area are just starting to blossom.
Armadillo House has 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms. The large open plan living room / dining room also has a double pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (of course) with a dishwasher, oven, hob and american fridge.
The house has gas fired central heating and hot water, and also air conditioning throughout.
In the living room there is a TV with Spanish channels and freeview British channels. There is also high-speed wifi internet, a CD player, a radio and a DVD player.
Outside there is a private pool, gazebo with dining table, grassed area, decked area and a large covered area with outdoor seating, and a built in BBQ.
On site there is a bar / restaurant, a further 3 larger communal pools, a free gym a pro shop and a supermarket (10-15 mins walk). Within 10 minutes drive there is also a larger development which has several bars and restaurants in high season and a larger supermarket.
The urbanisation, El Valle, was designed by award-winning US architectural practice EDSA, who are responsible for the Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, as well as working for several of the world's leading leisure brands such as W hotels, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Hyatt and One and Only.
