Incredibly central yet quiet in Kurzone 1, our holiday flat is located in the converted attic of a two-family house. The living room and bedroom are completely panelled with wood, painted with organic wood paint. A soft knotted carpet lies on the terracotta floor. To the left of the door is the fully equipped kitchen, onto which the light falls through a skylight. The refrigerator, a two-plate cooker, a toaster and a coffee maker are ready to use. Opposite you will find a cosy dining table with armchair, which invites you to enjoy the prepared meal in a nice atmosphere. In the centre of the bed-sitting room, there is a couch and a sofa chair, on which you can comfortably end the day. A TV with cable connection is ready for you there! At the rear end, on both sides of the spacious window, are the two single beds. They are equipped with anti-allergic mattresses and each has a night light and a shelf. The spacious balcony is also tiled and has a wooden balustrade. The two cosy rattan chairs and the rattan table invite you to let the view of the nearby Predigtstuhl including cable car and the Lattren Mountains wander and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. The spacious bathroom offers a shower, a large washstand and a toilet. There is storage space for your toiletries and the towels can be dried very well on the towel warmer. In the anteroom of the holiday flat you will find a wardrobe with space for jackets and shoes, as well as a cupboard for your belongings.
