Casa Luis was purchased in 2021 by a noted American Interior Designer, and entertaining advisor. It has under gone an upgrade to transform this villa into a luxury home, which provides its guests with everything to experience a truly memorable vacation. The home has been outfitted for the guest seeking luxury accommodations, with is an appreciation for good food and wine .. The Villa accommodates 8 in (4) large ensuite bedrooms and is perfect for several couples traveling together or a family. Spanning 4200 square feet there is plenty of space for those seeking privacy and solitude, as well as other spaces for gathering as group for entertaining and dining, or catching up after a day of exploring the area.
Upon entering the villa you find a sweeping double height foyer and powder room . This leads to the open plan kitchen, dining area and family room with 55 in flat screen smart tv. The main living area opens on to a large covered terrace which has panoramic views up and down the valley . The views are mesmerizing and change constantly throughout the day . The upper terrace is divided into several areas for socializing and dining. The terrace features a large round dining table that accommodates 8, a seating area with comfy upholstered benches and chairs perfect for pre dinner cocktails and a built in BBQ with adjacent worktable. There is also a mini refrigerator and sink located on the upper terrace, which is super convenient. Also on the main floor is the first of the four bedrooms with extra large ensuite bath. There is also access to the main terrace from this room.
On the lower level of the house you will find the other 3 ensuite bedrooms each of which has access to the lower terrace . All the bedrooms have been completely refreshed with individual color schemes, new 500 thread count bed linens and plush Egyptian cotton towels . Also on this level is a coffee bar, which includes an espresso machine , American drip coffee maker, electric tea pot and mini fridge. This allows guests to have their morning coffee directly outside on the terrace or at the pool without the need to go upstairs to the main kitchen.
The large covered lower terrace is accessible from all the lower bedrooms, as well as by an exterior staircase which connects the upper and lower terraces ..Here you will find the “ outdoor living room’ complete with extra long couch and arm chairs and coffee table … There is also a mini bar on this terrace complete with refrigerator and a full supply of outdoor glassware , to keep refreshments cold while enjoying time at the pool . This terrace provides a perfect escape from the sun while still offering views to the pool and valley beyond. Adjacent to the lower terrace is a terraced lawn and stairs which lead to the large 40 ft long saltwater pool and new pool deck… The pool and the pool deck are brand new for the 2022 season. There are sunbeds surrounding the pool ,as well a shaded area with additional seating.
