Our apartment is totally new and is located in the center of San Sebastian, just 5 min. walk to the famous La Concha beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (nest), ideal for children. It also has living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The apartment is new, modern and fully equipped. It has 2 televisions of last generation 4K SmartTv, one of 55 "and another of 42". Also with a high quality internet connection, with 100Mb symmetric. Finally, it has a MOVISTAR + Fusion + Total Football and NETFLIX service, so you can enjoy the best TV content. And for children, it also has a Playstation 4 PRO.
Go to the super without leaving the building! From the elevator you can go directly to an EROSKI supermarket located on the ground floor of the building. So they can make purchases and take them to the department in the same shopping cart. Without going outside.
I have a co-host available in case guests need to resolve any contingency.
The location is without doubt the best thing about this apartment. It is located in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk from the beach of La Concha, the Old Town, Historical Center, Uruméa river, etc. The neighborhood has supermarkets - a large one on the ground floor of the building -, fashion shops, dozens of pintxo bars, the central train station, buses, etc.
In the surroundings there are public car parks where you can park the car. It is also fully connected and has bus stops a few meters from the portal, as well as the suburban train station, which can be used to travel to the interior -the best way-.
The access to the department is autonomous-digital, so you will not have to pick up the keys anywhere, nor coordinate a schedule of arrival with me or my Co-Host. Once you make the reservation, we will send you the necessary information to access the portal and the home electronically. Ideal for business trips.
