Living and sleeping room with pull-out double couch, dining area, sitting area with sofa, satellite TV, DVD and Blue-ray, radio, shelf with games and books (in German and English) for children and adults. Upstairs: An open wooden staircase leads to the enclosed bedroom, double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) with a pull-out bed underneath at low floor level for small children. Built-in wardrobe, shelf with books, alarm clock. Deposit 30% of the rental price at booking by bank transfer, the balance is due 14 days before departure, the deposit of 200.00 € at the apartment handover.
