The U-Bahn / subway station „Böhmerwaldplatz" is reached on foot in five minutes, from there you'll reach the city center at Odeonsplatz in ten minutes.
The LMU is reached in 20 minutes from your doorstep, the TUM in 25 minutes all using public transport.

There is a modern EDEKA supermarket only five minutes away, as well as REWE and Teegut supermarket, along with a dry-cleaner's, multiple bakery's like IHLE and others, and a variety of restaurants among them a L'Osteria and the Michelin starred restaurant Aquarello all in a 15 minute walking radius.
