The lovely 15qm room with a spacious 6m² balcony, located on the 9th floor. From both the room and balcony, you can enjoy a stunning view of a green field and a mountain. The room will be furnished in January completely, currently there is a large built-in closet in hallway, and one built-in closet in the room. One bed will be 180*200 or 140*200, the furniture can be adjusted based on your wish.
The building offers a convenient laundry facility in the basement, with communal washing machines available for use. You can move in easily, as the room is ready for occupancy.
The building is easily accessible via multiple elevators, and mail is delivered directly to the mailbox at the apartment door. The surrounding area is convenient, with various supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other shops nearby.
