The apartment is fully furnished (including filter coffee machine, coffee pod machine, water kettle, washing line, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner) and has a fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine (2kg). There are blinds that can be lowered from the outside so that the apartment is completely dark for those who need it for sleeping.
The bed is 1.40m wide, new blankets, pillows, bed linen and towels (4 large and 4 small) are included.
There are excellent public transport links to Messestadt Riem and Munich city centre. Heimstettener See is a five-minute bike ride away and there are meadows for walking just outside the doorstep. Restaurants and shops for daily needs are also close by.
