Our cosy holiday flat features two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and a childrens loft bed and one with double bed), an eat-in kitchen with kids corner, bathroom with lavatory and washing machine and a balcony with a splendid view at the Ratzinger Höhe.
Of course at your arrival..
the beds are made, fresh towels in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and fridge, TV, radio and internet access. Free baby paraphernalia, child carrier backpack for rent, many childrens toys, a roofed sandbox and a playground at the farmhouse, to be used any time.
BBQ chefs and sunbathers will love our outdoor area with BBQ and deck chairs for lounging. Paid use of washing machine and dryer on the ground floor when needed. Breakfast service, which means, if you wish, we deliver a rich, healthy and varied breakfast to your flat. If the weather is nice, you can also have breakfast in the garden.

Our flat are non-smoking flats. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
