A separate entrance through the central staircase leads directly to the anteroom of the spacious living/dining/kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV, which can be converted into a sofa bed if necessary, in addition to the separate bedroom with double bed. The comfortable bathroom with shower connects directly to the entrance area.In many places it has been possible to elegantly combine the modern renovation with the original stock of the old building.From the accompanying balcony you have a magnificent view of Lake Chiemsee, the Alpine chain and the wonderful nature that reaches our farm.
