The country estate is situated in a secluded location on the Bardlberg in picturesque Rastbüchl. Here, in the eastern Bavarian Forest, directly in the border triangle between the Austrian Mühlviertel and the Czech Bohemian Forest, you will find an oasis of peace and closeness to nature.
The mystical Dreisesselberg - our local mountain, so to speak - rises to the north, within direct sight. The Bavarian mountain range is directly adjacent to the Austrian Plöckenstein and Hochficht. Directly on the mountain ridge, at the border triangle, you can see the 50 km long Moldaustausee (Lipnosee).
The surrounding well-known cities such as Passau, Linz and Krummau are within easy reach, and the breathtaking nature of the Bavarian Forest is right on your doorstep. Immerse yourself in the beauty of this unique region and enjoy the variety of experiences this location has to offer.

On the ground floor of the chalet is a spacious bathroom that is more than just a place of hygiene. An open shower awaits you here, which not only refreshes you, but also creates a special atmosphere thanks to its openness. The underfloor heating pampers your feet while you freshen up after an eventful day.
The crowning glory of your feel-good experience awaits you in the form of a free-standing whirlpool bath and your own sauna.
The dining area and fully equipped kitchen are lovingly integrated into the open-plan living area.
The first bedroom is a real highlight. Here you will not only find a cosy extra-long beamed bed measuring 2.20 m in length, but also your own flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The south-facing balcony invites you to catch the warm rays of sunshine and let your gaze wander over the picturesque surroundings.
Bedroom 2 opens the door to a breathtaking view of the majestic Dreisessel and the valley in front of it when you look to the north. An extra-long double bed also awaits you here to guarantee restful nights.
Both bedrooms are equipped with premium beds from Mühldorfer, which promise maximum sleeping comfort. Allergy beds are also available on request for my guests with special needs.
The spacious outdoor area has a large sunbathing lawn with access to the garden with pond and a small terrace with seating.
A charcoal barbecue, a fire bowl, sun loungers and a large parasol are available.

Chalet Hoizhaus is nestled in the natural splendour of almost 10 hectares of unspoilt land.
Colourful flower meadows, a diverse forest with a babbling brook and more are waiting to be discovered by you.
The special charm of the property is reflected in a small herb garden, an idyllic pond with a cosy outdoor seating area, a meadow orchard and an enchanting forest playground covering around 3,000 square metres.
Look to the north and enjoy the unobstructed view of the majestic Dreisesselberg massif. Wide meadows, fields and forests surround the estate and provide a dreamlike backdrop.
The country estate itself consists of five buildings that offer you numerous amenities. Use the fitness room or the children's playroom to your heart's content. A small restaurant awaits you in the main building, exclusively for house guests.
In winter, the slopes around the estate are transformed into perfect sledging and snowshoeing paradises.
Your chalet forms the northern end of the estate and offers a breathtaking view of the Bardlberg valley.
The location above a valley gives you a sublime view of the unspoilt low mountain range landscape.
In front of the door is a spacious sunbathing lawn with a terrace and an idyllic barbecue area.
