It is located on Phase 1 of the resort, so only a couple of minutes' walk to the main entrance of the resort and also the club house. This makes the apartment an ideal spot for a golfing break, whilst also having easy access to the facilities just outside the resort.

The open-plan lounge is light & airy, with stylish furnishings and fittings, including a comfy three-seater sofa dining table with four chairs. There is free wifi and TV channels in the apartment. The lovely open-plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a washing machine.

The master bedroom has double built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space. The sliding patio doors lead directly out from the bedroom to the terrace. A hairdryer is also provided. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin with vanity unit, and wc. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and a separate shower room, with walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity unit and wc.

Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge to beautifully shaded terrace with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The large wooden pergola provides welcome shade. The nearest communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment stairwell and all. The pool areas are set in amongst large, grassy gardens with palm & olive trees and an array of tropical plants.

Roda Golf Resort is just a few minutes by car from the seaside town of Los Alcázares, right on the shore of the Mar Menor in the Costa Cálida. This area has almost 4 kilometres of lovely sandy beaches, with a promenade running its entire length, great for passing an afternoon meandering along and perhaps stopping for a drink and a tapa at one of the bars dotted along the way, or for an evening stroll after a lovely meal in one of the many bars and restaurants around. Only a couple of minutes´ walk away is Roda Village, which has a few bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. In Los Alcázares you will find a much wider choice of bars and restaurants. Visit the pedestrianized area, known by most as “The 525 Square”, full of additional bars and restaurants catering for tourists and providing an excellent choice of international cuisine. A little further along and you will find yourself in the town centre of Los Alcázares, which has a much more Spanish feel and where there are some fabulous bars and restaurants. Also in the town centre you will find all the other amenities that you might need including banks, solicitors, doctors, supermarkets, and schools.
