Positive: Good help for taxi transfers and certain information from AI. Nice outdoor terrace with hottub. Beds comfortable and kitchen to cook in but we ate out. When we got staff they were very helpful . Nice to receive wine and water especially as we arrived so late. Close to everything. Great location. Lovely bars and restaurants close by. Walked into town in 20/25 minutes supermarket dias and carrefour express within 2 minutes with everything you need. Christmas fair on so was lovely and busy around with little stalls and a fairground .quiet at night and mainly quiet in the day but it was December so not sure if all the apartments were occupied . We were on the 2md floor in the penthouse so had noone passing outside in the hallway as there is a blind on the kitchen window but it would not be very private of you came put of the bathroom in a towel as,the main bathroom door goes into the kitchen but there was only 2 of us so we used the ensuite. It would be lovely and cool in the hot summers .

Negative: We loved the jacuzzi although it all needs a bit of updating. Small hanging tray would be nice on the fence at the jacuzzi for drinks.. Chip missing on induction hob. Lack of cups and smaller bowls. Felt a little claustrophobic with the wall outside the sitting room and kitchen looking out into the hallway. A bit dark in the winter . We had no heating for 2 days and only stayed for 3 . Poor communication through AI and this interrupted us trying to get a person by the time this happened It was 630pm amd too late for an engineer. A place this size should have later caretakers to help. Lovely bright bedroom upstairs but our bedroom window had to be covered with blinds as it looked out onto the hallway . No other windows unfortunately so no natural light in the open plan kitchen sitting room and bedroom. Big windows upstairs looking out from the bedroom and terrace. All in all we would stay again only for those issues.
