Casa Bonita is situated in the north of the Costa Brava in Roses – Mas Fumats. The house lies in a very quite street with no traffic. As it lies against a hill, the entrance is on the level of the first floor. The first floor has about 100 square metres, consisting of fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining- and living room , large terrace with lovely view over the bay, a bathroom, 2 double-bedrooms and a single-bedroom. Downstairs there is another double bedroom, the second bathroom, the entrance to the garage, the washing machine, and the way out to the 5 x 10 metres swimming pool and garden. The plot has about 700 square metres and is completely closed. There is plenty of space for 2 cars outside, in the garage one car can park comfortably.GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED The house can be booked in summer and in winter, as it has air conditioning in the living room for very hot days (a split air conditioning unit ) and it has central heating for colder winter days. The large swimming pool is very popular in summer. Undisturbed swimming and sunbathing is guaranteed. The terrace upstairs is the ideal place to start your day with tea or coffee and Croissants, enjoying the great view over the sea and mountains. In case of not so pleasant weather you find compensation inside, making sure you feel like at home with comfortable dining table, sofa, SAT-TV and music equipment. Casa Bonita lies in the North-east of Spain, in Catalonia, in Roses, about 3km from the centre in Mas Fumats, an urbanisation consisting of lots of beautiful individual houses lying against the hill, allowing gorgeous views over the Mediterranean, the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees.
