Positive: The building is newly renovated and looks nice. However, our experience was bad as we received a room which had a very bad smell from the bathroom and very squeaky doors. We booked this room, but it should not have been available on Booking as repairs were scheduled. We were offered another room which had all the windows covered with semi transparent sticker, which did not allow any light or view - this was not acceptable for us. In the end we stayed in the room we initially booked. Additionally, it was advertised with 51 m surface, however it was much smaller, up to 40m. The host was communicative and tried to solve the issue but no other rooms were available. We ended up cancelling the rest of the days and we got our money back (for the rest of days), but this created an extra burden and dissatisfaction for us, including a financial one.

Summary: Good place, but for us it was a bad experience
