The 115 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment, located in an old building, was renovated by self-initiative over decades. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite televisions in both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment has a balcony, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners.
For fish lovers, there is a fishmonger's at the house, selling trout, char and whitefish. The shared outdoor area boasts a garden for you to relax in the sunshine. In winter, you can also drive to a popular skiing area in 20 minutes (15 km), located near the Austrian town of Bregenz, famous for its many cultural offerings and wonderful shores. The hilly area around Lake Constance also offers many hiking and cycling routes through woods and natural reserves, as well as around the lake.
The house has been owned by a fishing family for over 100 years and over 4 generations. The family originally comes from the Bavarian Forest, then moved from the Spree to Wasserburg on Lake Constance.
