Positive: The apartment owners communicated very well through the booking com app message service. Beatriz was friendly, helpful and polite when she met us to check in and out. The apartment location was excellent for the beach and marina. It was also close to many bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a metro and bus stop right outside, with links to the city centre and other neighbourhoods. The bedroom was small, but the bed was.comfortable and the air conditioning in the lounge worked well. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a spacious shower. It was also good to have the use of cooking and laundry facilities, as well as a hairdryer and iron. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Negative: The bedroom could be a little warm as it did not have an air con unit. We stayed as a couple, so leaving the internal doors open to have it cooled by the main air con unit helped. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. This may be an issue for some guests. It doesn't state this clearly in the description.

Summary: Comfortable fourth floor apartment near beach and marina.
