Good Mixing is a green oasis in the heart of Bavaria. It consists of the renowned equestrian estate Gut Gemischried, several residential buildings and since 2017 also apartments.
Close to Munich, perfectly connected by the S-Bahn and the motorway, it offers the ideal base for exploring the center of Munich, the 5-Seen-Land or the mountains.
Through the many meadows, fields and the woods around mixing rid around an extraordinary recreational value is given. Reinforced by the mixing pond, which is surrounded by the buildings of the riding center and the apartment.
Directly at this pond a large sundeck was built, which invites to convivial evenings and beautiful hours in the warm sun.
In the spring of 2017, the equestrian estate Gut Gemischried was extended by seven apartments. We are happy to offer you your experience on Well Mixing now with overnight stay!
Our apartments are largely barrier-free and largely wheelchair-accessible. The furniture has been made in the mixing carpentry by ourselves - the apartments are thus inside and outside authentic "good mixing Ried".
