This apartment is an incredible place to spend a wonderful time at. It is on the ground floor of an apartment building with a private terrace of 200m2 with a garden, a table and chairs, and a relaxing area.
The Space:
Distributed in two rooms, both with bright windows that have access to the terrace. The first is a suite with a private bathroom. There are two double beds in the room for 4 people. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment has a second bathroom, also fully equipped.
The independent kitchen opens from the living room has direct access to the terrace. It is a very large kitchen, in which more than four people can cook comfortably, bright, well equipped with all appliances and with a separate laundry area.
The dining room is well separated from the living room and has access to the terrace. The living room where you have a large white leather sofa is a quiet area, you can enjoy the large TV and the views.
The dining area has a large table.
The apartment is very cool being on the ground floor, there is a fantastic breeze that enters from outside, it has fans in all rooms and Wi-Fi. Private parking for two cars in the building belongs to the apartment and there are surveillance and security 24 hours a day.
Located in very exclusive and private urbanization, in the Nueva Andalucía area in Marbella, full of common areas that will make the enjoyment of all guests. The complex has a playground for children, basketball and soccer courts, and two huge swimming pools, one with fresh water and the other with salt water. In addition to garden areas in all the surroundings, some with sun others with pergolas. You will enjoy each and every moment you spend in this accommodation.
The closest beach is one of the best beaches in the area and is less than 2km from the door of the apartment.
You have a tennis club and a paddle tennis club in the vicinity, public transport very close and all kinds of shops, leisure centers, and good restaurants.
We do not accept groups of young people in which there are people under 25 years of age.
The minimum age of the group must be 25 years for all the people who are going to stay
We do not accept guests who come to celebrate stag parties
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

The Neighborhood:
Nueva Andalucía is one of the five districts that make up the municipality of Marbella, in Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in Spain. The district covers an area of luxurious and exclusive developments of villas and apartments designed in the traditional Andalusian style between emblematic golf courses of the Costa del Sol. It includes the tourist developments of Puerto Banús and Aloha, in addition to the neighborhoods of La Campana and El Angel.
It has the beach of Puerto Banús - Levante, recognized with the Blue Flag on 20.20.19 It also has the dog beach of Ventura del Mar, the beach of El Rodeíto or Nueva Andalucía and the beach Puerto Banús - Levante.
Getting Around:
To get around the area you need a car, you can walk to the beach, but it is a walk of about 10 minutes.
There is a bus that goes to the center of town.
You can also rent a motorcycle or bicycle, there are many rental places for all types of vehicles in the area.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found on arrival is a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared to sleep on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival out of hours has no extra cost, because the entrance is autonomous through an electronic lock.
