The apartment is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms with fairly large fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 160cm and the other has 2 single beds of 90cm. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the second bathroom is down the hall and also has a shower.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is a unique space. We have a small island with stools where you can enjoy your breakfast or prepare some dishes for your guests while they enjoy themselves in the dining area or living room.
From the living room you have access to a 35 square metre terrace overlooking the houses, gardens and swimming pools of the complex. It also has a view of the blue sea. The terrace is furnished with a sofa, sun loungers, table and chairs and a parasol to protect you from the sun on hot days.
The apartment has internet, heating, air conditioning and a Smart TV. Access to the apartment is by lift and rubbish disposal is at the entrance to the complex near the security barrier.You will have access to several communal swimming pools on site if you wish, as well as Higuerón West's sanitary facilities.
