It is a wonderful place to linger. The ski bus stop is only 50 m away from the house and transports the enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders to the top ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The cozy 3-room apartment "Zentral 8er App", located on the 3rd floor, consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom and guest toilet. Thus, the apartment is suitable for a total of 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In addition, the apartment offers a large, sunny balcony where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 2-10 minute walk away (120-750 m) and the nearest bakery is just around the corner (4 minute walk). Two smaller grocery markets are also located in Stumm, just 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment house. In summer Stumm offers numerous excursion possibilities for the whole family, for example a swimming pool, an adventure thermal bath or a climbing center. Also the fantastic landscape in the Zillertal invites you to extensive hiking and mountain bike tours.
