There are two queen beds, a large dresser with mirror, entertainment armoire with TV, DVD, and VCR, and two rattan armchairs. The fully-furnished kitchenette contains a brand new full-size refrigerator with top freezer, electric two-burner cook top, small microwave, new crock pot, new toaster, new toaster oven/air fryer combo, and a keurig. A brand new kitchen cart conveniently holds the Keurig and toaster. There is a Keurig k-cup pod carousel on the kitchen cabinet to store all of your pods during your stay. The dining area has an attractive, cherryfinish round dining table that seats four. The owner has provided a new cordless telephone that guests may use for local calls. There is also a corded telephone for guests to use.
There are wicker chairs on the outside deck that provide an extra seating area. The bath has a tub/shower with sliding glass doors and a separate vanity area. This property is non-smoking and doesn't allow pets

Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
