Positive: The property was a good size. Parking outside front door. I liked the extra touches such as water, shampoo, body wash on arrival. Plenty of extras to make the stay comfortable. Had all facilities needed such as iron, hair dryer, microwave, washing machine. The area was quiet and neighbours considerate. The property had a good shower and ample hot water. It was easy to find the property and check in was smooth. If this had been in another resort we would stay again, however, Matagorda was not for us due to having to take the car everywhere.

Negative: The mattresses in main bedroom were dipped in the middle, we turned them over but unfortunately for us were just not comfortable, however, they did appear to be quite new. Although there was a fan in the property, it would have benefited from air conditioning as even with the door open it was very warm, but again we were aware of this prior to booking. There was outside seating but sun beds would have been beneficial but again this is just personal liking
