Off the master bedroom you can enjoy the sea and go out to the same terrace as well. The rental price includes the use of a private parking space and communal pool. TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR STAY:
Departure time: To set the departure time remember to contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Washing machine: Wait 5 min. before opening the door once the program is finished, otherwise the handle could be broken.
Awnings: Close them every night or if you plan to spend the day outside since, in case of heavy rain or strong winds, they could be damaged.
Shutters: You must be careful when raising them and stop before reaching the buffers. If you do it too hard, the shutter will become unusable and will have to be repaired.
Refrigerator: For optimal operation, it must be graduated at 5° (or between level 2 and 3 if it is not digital). The arrival day , remember to open the fridge as little as possible if you have loaded it heavily or with products at room temperature, as it can take several hours to recover the right temperature.
Keys: Don’t leave the keys in the lock. If you leave the apartment and the keys are left in the lock from the inside, you will have to call an emergency locksmith (and they are very expensive).
Sheets and towels: On the last day you must deposit the sheets and towels in the blue bag that we will give you. It is not necessary to remove mattress and pillow protectors.
