The flat is on the third floor and has a living-dining room with access to a terrace with garden furniture, awning and nice views to the swimming pool, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed for 2 people), an open-plan kitchen ( with dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower. The car can be parked in a big private parking place in the underground parking of the community. The beautiful beach Els Muntanyans is at 10 min walking distance.
