It also has a comfortable sitting corner with a dining table and a TV. The bedroom has a fully-automatic pellets stove with a glass front, exuding a cosy atmosphere and heating the whole house and the hot water. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bunk bed (90 x 200cm per bed) and a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The bedroom and the kitchen have a modern flatscreen TV. High-speed Internet access is available throughout the house free of charge. The modern bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.

There are two lovely cross-country skiing trails nearby and you can have fun on the toboggan and sleding run around 14 kilometres long. You can relax in thermal baths about 25km away. In summer the house is an ideal starting point for many hikes and trips, such as the Krimmler waterfalls.
