Summary: A hotel employee accused my wife of lying about her room number at the breakfast. Not sure why they feel that was necessary, they are not the police. She had just paid the "discounted" €24 surcharge at the front desk moments before. This was one of multiple surcharges that I felt were overpriced and not appropriately advertised in the listing, which suggested breakfast, parking, and pets were all included which did not end up being the case. I was also charged €19 for my free "welcome" drink. This combined with questionable cleanliness in the rooms made the price not worth it. Redeeming factor was location, it is directly across the street from the Top of Innsbruck railway.
