Dispone de tres dormitorios, uno de ellos con cama matrimonial y baño completo con bañera , otro con 2 camas de 90 (en fotografía aparecen literas pero se ha cambiado) y otro con dos literas de 90 y cama adicional, cocina con vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, nevera combi, horno, microondas, plancha, cafetera, menaje, etc. y salida directa a una amplia terraza privada semicubierta, baño completo con ducha y salón-comedor con t. v. y vistas al mar.
Además la casa incluye plaza de garaje (para 1 vehiculo) ubicada en la planta sótano del edificio con ascensor hasta él, piscina comunitaria, calefacción, ropa de cama y toallas, todo ello incluido en el precio.
Su capacidad total es de 8 personas (con cama supletoria opcional;la octava plaza sujeta a un suplemento de 8 € x día) y se ofrece también la posibilidad de alquilar opcionalmente cuna para bebé. Existe también la opción de contratar limpieza diaria .
