This magnificent comfortable stone clad country house is situated in about 1 kilometre distance to Cala Santanyí, an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach.
It is an idyllic establishment for cyclists who want to enjoy Mallorca, located in one of the areas with the highest cycling traffic and with several of the best routes on the island.
It also offers space for bicycles with every comfort for cyclists, from hangers with safety cables to professional tools or a pump.

The property is set in a huge plot, surrounded with dry stone walls. On the ground floor there is the spacious living/dining room, the fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob and fridge/freezer, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living/dining room has a doorway opening to the covered dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the mature gardens with palm, olive and indigene trees. The BBQ is a bit apart from the terrace.
On the first floor you there are two more more double bedrooms and a bathroom, and the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Hydromassage bathtub and shower. The first floor sun terrace has fabulous views overlooking the mature pine trees towards the sea. In the basement there is another double bedroom with large window and its own bathroom.
The crystal clear swimming pool has large sun terraces comfortably furnished with sun loungers. For added convenience is a poolside shower and an awning affording welcome shade in the summer sun. Up to two cots for children up to two years old are available free of charge. Must be ordered.
Iron gates open into the gravel drive where there is space enough for several cars.
In a short drive of less than 1 kilometre you get to the village Santanyí, a traditional Majorcan town where you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two enchanting coastal towns of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. On excursions you can visit the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or the saltworks located between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic views over the island.
