Our small cozy two-storey townhouse offers great views from both terraces and enjoys a prime location near Casares Beach. Here you will find both restaurant, palm trees and sun loungers with parasol. A very nice sandy beach with good parking.
The house contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is completely renovated. From the master bedroom there is direct access to the master bathroom with 2 sinks and tub / shower. There are 2 further bathrooms, one of which also has a bathtub and the other a shower. There is new kitchen and new furniture everywhere. There is air conditioning as well as wi-fi.
From the living room there is a furnished terrace with garden table and 6 chairs and from the large bedroom on the first floor there is a furnished terrace with a small table and 2 chairs.
The house is perfect as a base for exploring the area and the many golfing activities with more than 60 golf courses located along the Costa de Sol.

Estepona and the beautiful Marina of La Duquesa are just minutes away. In many places, there are many restaurants, bars and activities.
Estepona also has the wonderful SELWO National Park with African animals. There are street markets in Marbella, Estepona, SanPedro, Sabinillas, Sotogrande, San Rogue as well as Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus is also worth a visit with good shopping opportunities of all kinds and Marbella as well as one of Spain's largest shopping malls, La Canada.
