The house is situated on a 6,000 sqm property in the pretty village of La Asomada, with sea views.
The studio is about 30 square meters, with king size bed, sitting area, bathroom with bathtub in the living room, and a Separate WC.
Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge, and a Cerankochefeld with 2 plates are in the room, another cooking facilities with Sink is located in the patio (patio) that can be used by both studios.
There are only 2 studios which are rented and those arriving by several people, has the possibility to book studio Patio II thereto, provided it is not used.
