Wonderful rural house located on a hill in La Higuera close to Villanueva de la Concepción in the interior of Andalusia. The house has stunning views of the mountain range Sierra del Sur and the nature park "El Torcal" to the Meditterrane coast of the Costa del Sol. Unique! 5 minutes in the car is the village of La Joya, 10 minutes Vva de la Concepción. In both villages are shops, bakeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Recommendations in the nearby area include a visit to the beautiful town of Antequera, the natural park El Torcal, the King's path "El Caminito del Rey" and El Chorro. Because of its location and accessibility the house is a ideal base to make trips to Malaga with its beautiful promenade and various museums, to the beach or to Granada, Cordoba or Ronda. The house is built in a rustic style, comfortably furnished and well equipped. Outside there is a large private garden with swimming pool and a sitting area with comfortable teak furniture.
