It is only a 5-minute walk to the lively Garmisch pedestrian zone and the Hausberg cable car, which takes you directly to the Werdenfels mountains for short or long excursions.
All bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double beds, spacious wardrobes for your luggage and their own TVs. In addition, three of the bedrooms are also equipped with convenient desks. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, along with a large bathroom where you will find a relaxing bathtub in addition to a ground-level shower with rain shower head. Two of the bedrooms each have access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun with a beautiful Mountain View. The other bedroom has its own, smaller balcony.
On the ground floor, a bright, open living room welcomes you. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight and provide access to the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful mountain air in comfortable garden furniture.
