The track is ideal for practicing various sports: Nordic walking, jogging, rollerblading. On the other side it leads to the cliff, beyond which you can walk on the beach to Playa Sotavento (5 hours).
In front of the condominium, there is a bus stop that can take you to the north of the island, or to the village of Morro Jable, which is only a 15 minute walk along a beautiful pedestrian street.
