Our apartment is located in the beautiful resort of Lechbruck am See. The Lech with Lechsee is directly opposite, a 3-minute walk away. The 18-hole "Gasteig" golf course is also very close by. You have the entire property to yourself. There is 1 bedroom, another living/bedroom with two double beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a spacious kitchen/living room with lounge and dining area. For larger groups (from 7 people) there is a larger sleeping area on the top floor. There is also a private balcony and an outdoor area with seating and a barbecue grill.

This accommodation offers you a maximum of medium standard. The building fabric of the house is old and therefore the house is light-hearted. The house is located in the middle of the village Lechbruck and is located on a road.

Our house has three apartments of different sizes and on different floors. Our unique selling point are the solid reception of larger groups.
The apartments are average, despite the old house but in a very good & modern condition. Due to the perfect location in the middle of the village, everything is within easy walking distance. The Lech / Lechsee is diagonally opposite within a few minutes walk.
The house has a courtyard with seating & barbecue facilities. Numerous shopping facilities such as baker, butcher, a beverage market, a gas station or restaurants and café are also within walking distance. Opposite is a bicycle rental, which is perfect for day trips around the Lechsee's in the most beautiful nature invites. In front of the house we provide numerous free parking spaces.
