Well-presented newly renovated townhouse - fondly furnished with an eye for detail - located in the heart of the charming old Town of Pollença, with its' historic narrow streets. Can Bons Aires offers spacious 3 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and the third one holds a small bathtub. The house has a nice terrace and a modern patio with plants and space for dining and sunbathing, completed with a BBQ and a shared swimming pool.
On the ground floor, the property comprises: entrance hall with a maroquin style bench, small guest toilet, dining area leading into the kitchen and adjacent is the utility space (complete with Miele washing machine and dryer).
On the first floor there is one king-sized bed room, with a bathroom next to it, there is a Turkish steam bath and a living room with a TV.
