Five minutes drive from the base of Cardrona Ski Resort, and Wanaka Snow Farm, the property offers a cosy, welcoming winter ski-base, or stunning summer location with plenty of outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, go-carting & horsetrekking in the area.
Super close to the famous historic Cardrona Hotel, guests can enjoy a hearty meal in front of the fireplace, or summertime outdoor dining in the hotel's pretty garden setting.
Cardrona Retreat is comfortable and spacious, with Starlink Wifi access, two large king bedrooms, one with ensuite, bunkroom for the kids, two bathrooms (including bath), and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. French doors open onto a patio and small grassed area, with table for relaxing outdoors and BBQ grill. (NB The complex Spa-pool is currently under repair).
A few steps from the back door is the resort's communal swimming pool and spa facilities, a welcome treat after a long day cycling the trails, or hitting the slopes.
The property comes with full kitchen facilities for guests to prepare their own meals, as well as washing machine and dryer facilities in the laundry.
