The Finca Casa Antigua is a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse situated in idyllic nature, located at the foot of the Hamburg Hill, approximately 2 km outside of Santanyí towards Cas Concos in the southeast of the island. The charming town of Santanyí is just a few minutes away and offers supermarkets, restaurants, and boutiques. Twice weekly, a local market with regional products takes place in the town centre, where you can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, and handcrafted souvenirs.
The finca is sheltered but not isolated, about 5 car minutes from Santanyí. The surrounding, less-travelled roads are excellent for walks, and a roughly 3 km hike leads to the Consolación Monastery in Alquería Blanca.
Casa Antigua has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a shower. The cosy living area leads to the kitchen, from which another dining room is accessible. The lovingly planted outdoor area gives the property special charm: climbing vines provide pleasant shade, and the private pool ensures a welcome refreshment. The sun terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquillity, while a private barbecue area with dining space invites you to sociable evenings under the open sky.
For larger groups, it is possible to additionally book the neighbouring Finca Sa Madonbeta. Both fincas are only about a minute's walk apart but are arranged so that they cannot see each other.
Important notes:
The use of air conditioning is optional and costs €15 per day. This amount will be settled directly with the owner on-site.
For stays between 1 November and 30 April, an oil central heating system is available, the use of which is charged at €20 per day.
A small dog is permitted for an additional fee of €80 per stay.
What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases.
