The garden is completely closed and there is a private swimming pool. The car can be parked inside the fence but there is plenty of parking on the street.
The house is ideally located for cycling, walking, even mountain climbing can be done in the neighborhood.
The kitchen is equipped with all electricity and supplies. (dishwasher, microwave oven, regular oven)
There are 3 bathrooms each with a toilet, shower and washbasin. There is a bathroom on each floor.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Also the kitchen and living room and seating are on the ground floor.
In the ground floor there is an additional lounge area with smart TV, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. the ground floor is partly below the ground level but all bedrooms and the lounge area have windows and there is natural light.
There is also a kicker table in the lounge area.
Outside there are terraces provided so you always find a place in the shade or the sun.
The outdoor area is equipped with a BBQ area and sink.
There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
