Entering Casa de Ville you will first reach the living room with a large L-shaped sofa (with possibility to be transform into a double bed), an armchair and extra seating by poufs. An ellipse shaped TV is in the centre of the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, juice press, sandwich grill, electric whisk, wave and a wide range of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. Our ambition is that you will get the feeling that the kitchen is equipped over the normal with good quality products.
The kitchen has food- and drink accessories for children. In the shed outside is a high baby chair with an accompanying table.
From the living room you enter a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a new air con unit from 2025.
The first floor also has a newly renovated bathroom (2025) which is designed in natural colours. The bathroom included a shower, wc, vanity, heated towel rail and a hair dryer. The washing machine is located outside.
Central in the Villa is a large, glazed balcony that gives the feeling of an extra room. This room has possibility of heating with an electric fan.
The entire floor consists of grey ceramic tiles.
Outside is a large, sheltered patio with furniture in several directions, allowing both sun and shade. Premium outside furniture including sofa, armchairs and sun loungers is provided. The garden also has a new large gas BBQ grill (2025). A lovely private pool that provides coolness on hot days. For those who wants to visit the area's largest pool, it is only a few minutes’ walk.
High speed Wi-Fi is provided in the villa free of charge.
Please note that bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are provided.
The first floor:
The main bedroom has a 180 cm double bed with fitted wardrobes and a new air con unit (2025). In direct contact to the master bedroom is a nice shower room with shower, wc, vanity and heated towel rail.
On the second floor is also a single bedroom with a 90 cm bed. This room has a new air condition unit (2025).
A large terrace with a nice view of the tennis course and of the unique golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The terrace is equipped with a large lounge furniture set of good quality and two large, comfortable sun lounger.
The second floor:
The second floor has a lovely view over the resort and golf course. Here is the sun nearby almost the entire day. This area consists of two robust sun beds and a small table.
This villa is located in one of Spain's sunniest and warmest areas, with great weather and clear skies almost all year round. The beautiful beaches of Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea are just 20 minutes away by car. For shoppers, 3 major complexes are within 30 minutes of the villa by car, as are the historic city centres of both Cartagena and Murcia for those wanting to see the Spain beyond the beaches, mountains and golf courses. The resort also has 16 communal pools, a grocery store, tennis court, paddle court and plenty of restaurants. La Torre Golf Resort has something for everyone!
