Spacious property located in the peaceful urbanization Es Valls between the famous Sa Riera beach and the old town of Begur and sea-view.
Entrance to the property is via a hallway leading to the large living/dining room with exit to the terrace and the 8 x 4,5 m kidney-shaped pool. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture such as a sofa and table and overlooks the mountains and the Castle of Begur. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a double bedroom suite with bathroom and shower and access to the terrace. On the top floor is a large bedroom suite with bathroom and shower and access to the terrace, a room with a bed of 160cm and another of 80cm with access to the terrace and a room ensuite with a 150cm double bed and a bathroom with shower.
It should be noted that there is a ping-pong table (table tennis) in a large garage to enjoy playing.
